This coworking space built by HTS Interiors at the Dubai World Trade Centre spans over 2,000 sq.m, two floors in the Burj Al Salam tower, these premium service offices offer a breathtaking panoramic view of the city. Each office is thoughtfully designed to accommodate 12-20 workstations, featuring an open-space layout, a welcoming reception area, dedicated meeting rooms, and personalized coffee stations. In total, the project includes 265 workstations, transforming the space into a dynamic hub for productivity and creativity.
Guided by RICE’s vision of premium service offices, IND’s design marries modern ergonomics with a sophisticated, fully-fitted solution tailored for businesses. Embracing the elegance of the mid-century era, their design features locally sourced materials and bespoke elements such as brass-coated metal accents, distressed leather finishes, and retro-inspired fixtures. At the same time, their approach remains minimalist and neutral, ensuring the space appeals to a wide range of tastes while fostering warmth and authenticity.

Every detail has been carefully curated to elevate the work environment. Located in the heart of the World Trade Centre area, RICE Offices achieved 50% occupancy within just one month of opening. Tenants are already benefiting from the modern, ergonomic design, which enhances both aesthetics and functionality.
