Recognising the business behind the spaces
The nominations for Design-and-Build Firm of the Year and Interior Fit-Out Firm of the Year recognise HTS Interiors’ growth and capabilities across the full project lifecycle.
With a design-and-build approach spanning concept development, technical design, procurement, project management and construction, HTS Interiors continues to deliver complex commercial interiors with a focus on quality, collaboration and client experience.
The recognition comes during a significant period of growth for the company, which has expanded its team, operational capabilities and project portfolio while continuing to strengthen its presence across the UAE.
Putting the spotlight on the people behind the work
The Best Unsung Hero nomination recognises Christan Tolentino, Head of Estimation, for his contribution to strengthening HTS Interiors’ pre-construction and commercial capabilities.
Behind every successful project is a team making decisions long before the first wall is built. Christan has played a key role in developing more structured approaches to estimating, bid management and knowledge sharing, helping the business improve its tendering processes while supporting the wider team with training, standardisation and digitalisation initiatives.
His nomination is a reminder that great interiors are not only created by the people whose names appear on drawings or project photographs, but also by the specialists working behind the scenes to make those projects possible.
Design with a wider purpose
The Best Community Project nomination recognises HTS Interiors’ work on the Level 3 Fit-Out at Murdoch University Dubai.
The project demonstrates how interior environments can support more than functional requirements. Designed around the needs of a dynamic educational environment, the fit-out creates spaces that encourage interaction, flexibility and a sense of community for students and staff.
For HTS Interiors, the nomination also reflects a broader belief that successful projects should contribute positively to the people who use them — whether that means creating better workplaces, more engaging learning environments or spaces that bring communities together.
Rethinking the large-scale workplace
The Best Large-Scale Office Interior Design Concept nomination recognises HTS Interiors’ work for Oak View Group Middle East.
The project reflects the changing expectations of the modern workplace, where office interiors are increasingly expected to balance performance with experience. The concept brings together functionality, collaboration and identity to create an environment designed around how people work, connect and engage.
It is also representative of HTS Interiors’ growing portfolio of large-scale commercial interiors, where design intent must be translated into practical, buildable and high-performing spaces.
